GM Tensile Concepts provides custom architectural shade engineering, tensile membrane structures, car parking sheds, swimming pool covers, walkway canopies, and industrial steel warehouse sheds across Lahore and throughout Punjab. All project solutions are customized to individual site parameters and engineering specifications.

Initial on-site surveys, laser measurements, and preliminary structural proposals conducted in Lahore and Punjab are provided on a complimentary, no-obligation basis. Written quotations and material specifications remain valid for the period explicitly stated in each formal commercial proposal, subject to prevailing structural steel and imported architectural membrane market pricing.

Because all tensile structures and steel frameworks are tailored to precise architectural drawings and site footprints:

• Final dimensions, membrane color selections, anchorage points, and 3D architectural drawings must be approved in writing by the client before workshop fabrication begins.
• Modifications requested after structural steel cutting or membrane patterning has commenced at our Lahore workshop may incur additional material or dimensional adjustment charges.
• Production and fabrication timelines formally start upon mutual contract signing and site measurement confirmation.

The client is responsible for providing clear, unobstructed site access and ensuring civil base foundations (e.g., concrete footings, boundary walls, or floor slabs) are properly cured and structurally sound, unless full turnkey civil works are specifically contracted as part of our scope. Our installation team adheres to rigorous on-site safety and structural alignment standards.

Tensile membrane structures engineered by GM Tensile Concepts utilize heavy-duty imported architectural fabrics and corrosion-resistant steel framework designed to withstand regional monsoon weather, ultraviolet radiation, and wind loads. To maximize the operational lifespan:

• Membrane drainage channels and perimeter gutters should be kept clear of seasonal leaves and debris.
• Clients should not alter, loosen, or readjust tension rigging cables, turnbuckles, or base anchor bolts without consulting our technical engineers.
• Avoid sharp object contact or excessive localized point loads on tensioned fabric surfaces.

Project payment schedules follow standard commercial milestone structures outlined in individual formal contracts (e.g., advance mobilization deposit, steel fabrication milestone, membrane delivery, and final completion handover upon erection). Timely milestone disbursements ensure uninterrupted workshop procurement and installation scheduling.

All structural proposals, service agreements, and contracts executed with GM Tensile Concepts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Punjab, Pakistan.
